Our Meetings
The West Virginia Landlords Association (WVLA), is an organization created to unite real estate investors and managers of rental real estate property. Our goals are to promote, protect, and develop sound real estate investment and management techniques through member education and networking, legislative interaction, and community involvement.
Our local chapter meetings provide a place to gather and discuss common issues that affect the business of owning or managing investment property. We believe there is much to gain through socializing, sharing experiences, and developing new ideas that will help us build our business, improve our image within the community, and influence government policy that affects our business.
Our membership is growing so don’t miss out on this great opportunity! Visit your local chapter meeting to meet people in your business and find out what the association has to offer you. Chapter meetings typically include a speaker with an informative presentation and a chance to answer your questions. Chapter business meetings normally follow immediately after to discuss chapter business and provide planning for future meetings and events. Contact your local chapter for more information.
